Since 1955, the Fancy Food Shows have been North America’s largest specialty food and beverage marketplaces. Presented by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), a not-for-profit trade association, the Summer Fancy Food Show attracts more than 24,000 attendees from 80+ countries looking for the latest trends and new offerings in specialty foods, such as chocolate, cheese, olive oil, spices, ethnic offerings, natural and organic foods and more. The Winter Show on the West Coast brings in more than 17,000 attendees.
