For the second year straight, foodspring.com will host a specialty food pavilion located near the Celebrity Theatre that will showcase artisan and specialty food purveyors sampling a wide array of delicious treats. The 20 plus producers exhibiting in the pavilion are members of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), a not-for-profit trade association of more than 2,900 independent, innovative businesses committed to bringing great foods to market.
D.C.'s City Choice Tasting
foodspring.com will also be giving out prizes throughout both show days and holding the second round of its City's Choice tasting and judging competition, which will give MCES attendees a chance to taste and rate a selection of sofi Gold Award winning specialty products.The first round of this competition took place at Chicago Gourmet in September and almost 900 Chicago Gourmet attendees voted in the tasting.
