The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show (MCES) is one of the nation's premiere events for cooking & entertaining enthusiasts. General information about the show and all the events, presentations and exhibitors to be expected can be found below.

For the second year straight, foodspring.com and the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) will host a specialty food pavilion with over 20 artisan and specialty food producers that will be sampling an array of delicious treats. foodspring.com will also be giving out prizes and holding the second round of its City's Choice tasting and judging competition, which will give MCES attendees a chance to taste and rate a selection of sofi Gold Award winning specialty products.
