Ever wonder what Moses liked to eat for dinner? Try out this baked salmon with sesame-ginger butter recipe, courtesy of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Good Food from the Good Book, to find out.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

¼ cup fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

2 tbsps. fresh chives, chopped

4 tbsps. unsalted butter, softened

4 4-ounce salmon filets

1 lemon, sliced in

¼-inch wheels

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine ginger, sesame seeds, chives and butter. Cream together to a smooth paste.

Place a large sheet of foil on a baking sheet. Place filets together on foil, top each with a tablespoon of butter and 2-3 lemon slices.

Cover with a second sheet of foil and seal edges tightly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is firm and cooked through (10 minutes per inch).

Carefully transfer from foil to serving plate.
