We use the highest-quality rice vinegar mixed with our all-natural hydroponically grown basil and allow them to age for at least 45 days. The basil infuses with the vinegar creating this delightfully light Basil Vinegar. Use on salads or veggies as a healthy alternative to traditional seasonings.
We are an all-natural commercial hydroponic farm that grows and packages fresh culinary herbs. We also make and manufacture on our farm a full line of all-natural shelf stable herbs, herb blends and pestos in extra virgin olive oil. Our herbal vinegars are aged 60 days for a full flavor.
