The classic flavors of butterscotch and caramel evoke an undeniable nostalgia, and this sofi-winning caramel’s rich, creamy texture has made longtime fans of many customers. “Most butterscotch candies are hard candies, made with artificial flavors,” says Robin Béquet, founder of Béquet Confections. This creation contains all-natural ingredients. “It is made with butter, cream, sugar and other ingredients people would find in their own kitchens.”

Business has been strong as this artisan caramel-maker approaches its 10^th anniversary in December 2011. The secret to success? “All we make is caramel. It is our passion and the sole focus of our efforts,” Béquet explains.
