user ratingTuesday, September 6, 2011
The name Poco Dolce translates from Italian as "not too sweet" or "just a little sweet." With that in mind, Poco Dolce mixes a little salty and savory in with its sweets. These chocolates and confections are handmade in the company’s San Francisco kitchen and feature thoughtful ingredients —from local almonds and pumpkin seeds to Grey Sea Salt harvested on the coast of Brittany. Poco Dolce’s new Bittersweet Chocolate bars feature a tempting array of flavors: Olive Oil with Sea Salt, Mayan Chile, Five Spice, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut and Bittersweet with Sea Salt. These dairy-free bars are made with solid bittersweet chocolate blended with their respective flavor pairings. —Vanessa Facenda
