Bone Suckin' Sauce Honey Roasted Fire Dancer Jalapeno Nuts
Starts sweet, ends with heat.

These sweet and spicy nuts will do a number on your palate, hence the name. Honey Roasted Fire Dancers are jumbo-size peanuts that start on a sweet note, pleasing your taste buds with a little honey; as that taste fades, so begins the fire dance, courtesy of a jalapeño kick. It’s based on Bone Suckin’s award-winning Golden Chile recipe and a slight variation on the Fire Dancer Jalapeno Nuts (sans honey). Eat them by the handful or spice up a recipe that calls for peanuts, such as Bone Suckin’s own Jalapeno Peanut Chicken recipe. —Eva Meszaros
