5 Boozy Treats
Get a buzz while satisfying your sweet tooth.
user ratingIt’s summertime. You deserve a treat. Why not satiate your sweet tooth while getting a little buzz at Dallas’ Gourmet Ice Cream Bar, located in specialty shop Chocolate Secrets, where you can find soft-serve ice cream mixed with booze. Options like Wine Ice Shots, three shot glasses of homemade sorbet floating in apple ice wine; the Beer Float, three scoops of Apricot Ale Sorbet in Pyramid Apricot Ale; and The Champagne Float, mango-bourbon ice cream and a mini bottle of champagne, make a great case for braving the scorching heat. If you’re outside of Texas, here are a few other slightly boozy sweets that will hit the mark. —Denise Shoukas
