Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:3 cups prepared brown and wild rice
For the Vinaigrette:
¼ c orange juice
¼ c diced onion
3 T Balsamic Vinegar
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 t minced garlic
½ c extra virgin olive oil

1. Whisk together juice, onion, balsamic vinegar, mustard and garlic. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Stir together rice, vinaigrette and nuts to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or cold.
