Chaparral Gardens Blackberry Roasted Pepper, Pacific Spice, Peach Fuzzy Naval, Raspberry and Basil and Winter Ambrosia are just a few of Craig and Cari Clark’s artisan vinegars. Everything is grown and produced on their coastal Central California organic farm, including the organic herbs used for flavoring some of the vinegars. All of Chaparral Gardens' vinegars are handcrafted in small batches, and the berries that infuse the vinegars are handpicked. —Vanessa Facenda
