Cinnamon Sugar Butter

Place the chunks of butter in a small metal bowl. With an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip butter until slightly softened.

Ingredients:

¼ pound cold unsalted butter, cut in small chunks

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:

Place the chunks of butter in a small metal bowl. With an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip butter until slightly softened. Add powdered sugar and whip until mixture is light and fluffy. Add salt and cinnamon. Mix until cinnamon is fully incorporated.
