Pastas, Cooking Sauces and More Cookies
user ratingsofi judges started out Day 2 by finishing up the 55 entries in the Cookie category—a morning sugar boost to help them through the next 500 or so products they will taste today. They’ve already worked their way through 36 Hot Beverages, 52 Olive Oils and 28 Pastas, Rice or Grains.
Their palates got a brief rest with two non-tasting categories: Innovation in Packaging Design and Non-Food Specialty Item. 
While not as tasty, these groups of products did reveal some creative ideas such as boxes of Kenyan tea with labels that are handpainted on banana leaves and a yogurt-making kit.
The afternoon is kicking off with no less than 126 Cooking Sauces or Flavor Enhancers. This enormous category comprises things you may expect, such as grilling sauces and wing sauces, and some things you may not like sweet spice rubs for cheese and floral infusions for cocktails.
