Devilicious Food Truck

With a slogan like “Food so good it’s bad,” the Devilicious Food Truck of Del Mar, Calif., begs for a potent potion to match. The menu is dangerously tempting, with Butter-Poached Lobster Grilled Cheese, Spicy Tuna Hot Dog Roll and All Crab Crab Cake, to name a few. The seafood slant pairs nicely with the sweet and sour of this drink. For a lighter option, check out sweet-and-sour mixes from Scales or Go Cocktails.

Ingredients:

1 shot lemon-flavored rum
1 shot triple sec
¾ oz. sweet-and-sour mix
1 Tbsp. grenadine
4 oz. cranberry juice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in a highball glass over ice.
