Denise Shoukas has crafted a life that revolves around food. Her Food Forager blog on foodspring.com chronicles her food finds and travels, while her monthly food trends column in Specialty Food Magazine, a national business-to-business publication, reports the latest ingredient, flavor, merchandising and retail trends.
