While the amount of chefs, restaurants, wineries and breweries exhibiting at Chicago Gourmet 2010 satisfied most attendees' appetitite (and alcohol fix!), foodspring.com and the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) was please to host a pavilion of 45 specialty food and beverages purveyors, who served up some of the best foods at the show.

Atop this, we let attendees participate in a tasting of Award winning products and asked them to pick their favorite. Almost 900 votes were submitted and many others had a chance to taste the sofi Gold Winners. Attendees were also given the chance to taste our exhibitors amazing products and even purchase these hard-to-find items directly from the producers who make them!
