Dave Hirschkop, president and "Spice Master" of Dave's Gourmet, and Doug Renfro, president of Mrs. Renfro's Gourmet Foods, talk about why they use the ghost pepper in their sauces and salsas. The ghost pepper, also known as bhut jolokia, has one of the highest Scoville ratings in the world, which measures the spicy heat of a chili pepper. Dave and Doug taste their creations on-camera to demonstrate exactly what that means.
