Ace of Cakes Duff Goldman and his team from Baltimore's Charm City Cakes unveiled an Americana-themed cake at the 2011 Summer Fancy Food Show in Washington D.C. Elena Fox, cake decorator/designer, and Tommy Mayer, the self-professed "Cake Magician", give us a look at this four-tiered cake and tell us how Duff reacted to the finished work.
