Where has all the pastrami gone?

The Boston-New York rivalry may soon be about more than baseball. Fenway Park has become home to one of New York’s greatest deli creations—the pastrami sandwich. Manhattan Deli-Arts™’ Great Lost Pastrami was recently chosen from 60 competitors to be the signature sandwich at Fenway’s new Bleacher Bar. Founder Dan Estridge created his line of artisan deli specialties as a tribute to the culinary heritage of the original New York delis and the lost traditions of 20th century New York eating. In addition to the Great Lost Pastrami, there’s The Great Lost Corned Beef, The Historically Essential Corned Beef Hash and The Historically Essential Pastrami Hash. Made from top-quality meats and gently cured and marinated in all-natural whole-grain spice rubs, they are packaged for easy use. Manhattan Deli-Arts is currently found at leading Boston-area specialty foods stores. -Denise Shoukas
