Greek Garlic & Spinach Dip

Method:
- 1 lb. frozen spinach
- 6 oz. Garden Fresh Greek Style Garlic
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
1. Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess liquid. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
2. In food processor, add spinach and garlic. Pulse the processor to achieve a fine cut consistency. Add sour cream and softened cream cheese. Process to evenly blend all ingredients.
3. Serve in bread bowl with bread chunks or with crackers.
