The wild black currants used in this artisanal preserve grow wild in the valley of Mt. Ararat, Armenia. The fruit is farmed 100 percent naturally and prepared in small batches by Harvest Song artisans. No preservatives or pectin are used in the preserves. Certifications include OU, Swiss lab, SGS. Exlab.
