Handmade in Seville, Spain, Ines Rosales Sweet & Savory Olive Oil Tortas are a century-old traditional snack, often eaten with cheese, coffee, espresso or tea. A delicate and sophisticated rounded crisp bread made with flour, olive oil and a touch of sugar, the ultra-thin flaky layers dissolve in the mouth. Because they are handmade (employees train for months to learn the particular flattening technique), each paper-wrapped torta has a character of its own, with no two shaped alike.
