And I thought my favorite sandwich of dill pickles and crunchy peanut butter on whole wheat toast was odd! A new foodie website, Insanewiches, introduced me to the Rubix Cubewich, a square sandwich that looks like a Rubik Cube and contains cubes of pastrami, kielbasa, pork fat, salami and two types of cheddar. The good news is you won’t have to solve the puzzle before digging in. Other notable creations include the Pac-Manwich and the Cordless Mousewich with USB Cheese Stick.
