Iron Chef Wine Collection

Top-rated show takes next step.

If you're on the hunt for new wines to add to your collection, keep an eye out for IRON CHEF™ brand wine, which includes Estate Bottled Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot and Chianti. The most notable of this selection will be the classic "unoaked" Chardonnay.

Italian Wine Growers Inc. has been selected by partners Fuji Television Inc. and Mirrotek International, the official licensing agent, to choose the winning vineyards in a selective process. One of the vineyards involved in this venture is Cormons, which is most notably known worldwide for producing "Vino Della Pace" (Wines of Peace). The Wines of Peace are distinctive wines that are given to the Top 80 global heads of state annually. The designated region for the Vino Della Pace is north of Venice. They began harvesting this crop in 1986 and have vines from more than 180 countries, making this wine one of the most distinct in the world and a symbol of global unity.

Although no relation to the number-one rated show on the Food Network, the brand wants to express its commitment to producing premium wine that will stand up in any fierce competition.--Denise Shoukas
