Our customers wanted a Jerk Blend with big flavor and not a lot of heat to use on beef, chicken, pork, fish or veggies. We used traditional jerk ingredients--allspice, chipotle, cloves and nutmeg for bang without bite. Sprinkle on before, during or after cooking. This blend is great mixed with our Lemon Olive Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar for a great finishing sauce for beef, pork, chicken, fish and veggies.
