Lemon Vinaigrette

Serves: 2 cups

Ingredients:

1 shallots, minced
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
½ cup canola oil
½ lemon zested
Salt/pepper

Method:

1. In a small mixing bowl combine lemon juice, shallots and zest, let macerate about 30 minutes.

2. Whisk in oils slowly and adjust seasoning.
