OneBun, a new product by Ozery Bakery in Toronto, Canada, offers a new line that appeases health- and calorie-conscious eaters. Multi Grain Whole Grain Sandwich OneBun™, Whole Wheat Whole Grain 100 Calorie OneBun™ and Whole Wheat Whole Grain Hot Dog OneBun™ are flat sandwich buns that are a smaller size than traditional varieties—making it easier to enjoy what’s inside. They’re perfect for hamburgers and hot dogs but are also great for sandwiches, paninis and pizzas. 

Sold fresh-frozen, OneBun products are preservative-free. They defrost in three hours at room temperature, are sold in packages of eight and have a frozen shelf life of six months. And they’re packed with nutrients. The Multi Grain Whole Grain Sandwich OneBun has nine nutritious grains and crushed flax seeds, while the Whole Wheat Whole Grain 100 Calorie OneBun and Whole Wheat Whole Grain Hot Dog OneBun are made from mild-tasting whole grain white wheat flour and organic sourdough.
