Delicious, organic, whole-milk chocolate crammed with yummy and healthy grains and cereals, Moo Chocolate Bars are the brainchild of Jackie Ekholm, a mom of two kids who love chocolate. The idea for Moo started brewing when Ekholm and her family came home from a trip to Switzerland, where they spent many summer vacations visiting family, with suitcases of high-quality, all-natural Swiss chocolate to enjoy back in the States. When her kids asked why they only buy chocolate from Switzerland, Ekholm realized there was a need for a natural chocolate bar with wholesome ingredients that was kid-friendly. Moo Milk Chocolate bars come in organic Brown Rice Crisps, Corn Flakes and Graham Cracker, as well as Granola, which handmade in Vermont with only oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and Vermont maple syrup.—Nicole Denis
