Mussini 100 Year Aged "Il Grande Vecchio" Balsamic Vinegar

"Il Grand Vecchio" is recognized as the "King of Balsamic Vinegars." It can be served "on a spoon" as an unusual aperitif, as a digestant or as a medication to exalt its elegant fragrance and prolonged flavors. Traditional uses of this 100-year-old balsamic vinegar include with fish, cooked meat, raw or cooked vegetables, cheese, sliced meats, potatoes, ice cream and any fruit. This is unquestionably the ultimate in balsamic vinegar for use in only very special situations. The Mussini line is produced in the fertile Modena plains where Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are grown. Production is under quality standards second to none. Certified authentic by Mussini.
