No animals were harmed in the making of this cocktail! Plus, tomato and celery are in season, making this classic concoction embody the spirit of Seabirds, a vegetarian food truck based in Irvine, Calif., that touts organic, seasonal ingredients in its daily menu. Enjoy it beyond summer with ready-to-go bloody mary mixes from McClure’s Pickles and Borsari Foods, or take it up a notch with Crop Organic Tomato Vodka.

Ingredients:

1 ounce vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
1 dash red hot sauce
1 dash green hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
½ ounce lemon juice
Pinch salt and pepper
1 celery stalk

Method:

Add all ingredients except celery to a mixing glass. Pour between two mixing glasses a few times. Strain into a highball glass over ice and serve.
