Big taste for big appetites. When you make it anywhere, make it with tale Gator. Subtle big flavors melt with NY's finest. Excellent when you are craving a big homemade meal with friends.

Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:- four 8-oz. New York strip steaks, 1-in. thick by 8-in. long
- 1 pack tale Gator
Method:
1. Wash steaks and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Pour rub over meat; toss to coat thoroughly.
3. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes at 400° F. At 4 minutes, flip over.
4. Remove from heat, keep covered.
5. To serve, carve perpendicularly into 1/3-inch slices.
