See photos taken at the Part 1 Judging of the 2011 sofi Awards. The judging took place at the New York City offices of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT). Finalists from the Part 1 judging were named in 31 different specialty food categories. The 2011 sofi Gold Winners will be presented at the Summer Fancy Food Show in Washington D.C. on July 11, 2011 by food entrepreneur, cookbook author and Food Network’s first female Iron Chef America, Cat Cora.
