The Leftover: Turkey
What to Make: Mole poblano
Mix all that leftover turkey with San Angel Black Mole Sauce and serve over rice for a hearty meal.
BONUS Recipe: Singing Turkey Sandwiches

The Leftover: Ham
What to Make: Sweet-and-savory casserole
Cube up the meat and marinate it in Stonewall Kitchen’s Roasted Apple Grille Sauce. Heat in a skillet until hot, then put it into a casserole dish, top with leftover veggies—mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes or turnips are great—and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Brown the whole thing under a broiler, serve and enjoy. Swap in Stonewall Kitchen’s Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce or any other sweet sauce for countless variations on this dish.

The Leftover: Mashed potatoes
What to Make: Holiday timbale
Stir Robert Rothschild Farms Emerald Isle Onion Dill Horseradish Dip into the mashed potatoes. Fold dollops into a medium muffin tin and bake until hot. Top with finely chopped chives and red pepper for a touch of festive color. For a more pungent variation, try Sierra Madre Grocery’s Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic.

The Leftover: Carrots, green beans or other veggies
What to Make: Revitalized side dish
Revive cooked veggies by drizzling Low Country Produce’s Sweet Potato Butter over the top for added richness and flavor.
