Stonewall Kitchen - Roasted Peach Whiskey Sauce

Before the birth of Roasted Peach Whiskey Sauce, owners Jonathan King and Jim Stott, along with the Stonewall Kitchen team, were already envisioning the product’s final destination.

“We often think of the final application when we create a product,” says King. “We saw this sauce being served with a great grilled pork or veal chop, but it seems to taste fantastic on most any meat or fish.”

Knowing and loving the intensified flavors of roasted fruits and vegetables, King combined slow-roasted peaches with a smooth whiskey that has fruit, floral and vanilla notes. “The combination of whiskey against the sweet of the peaches created the perfect savory sauce,” King says.
