Making the tasting and judging of more than 1,650 products run seamlessly takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work. Louise Kramer, NASFT’s communications director and Ron Tanner, vice president, communications, run the sofi Awards from the planning stages all the way to the announcement of the Gold Winners at the Summer Fancy Food Show.
