The company, founded by Swiss chocolate maker Heinz Rimann, has a line of gourmet, organic, tea-infused drinking chocolates that combine the subtle flavor intricacies of tea with the comforting indulgences of chocolate. The drinking chocolates are made with USDA Organic cocoa shavings and flavored with real steeped tea, like Honeybush Caramel, Green Earl Grey and Chamomile & Honey. Each offers a different taste experience ranging from white to milk to dark chocolate. Flavors include: Chamomile & Honey, a relaxing blend of organic white chocolate shavings infused with organic wild chamomile tea and organic wild honey; Honeybush Caramel, creamy organic milk chocolate infused with a sweet mixture of honeybush tea (similar to rooibos) and caramel; and for dark chocolate lovers, Green Earl Grey, a rich dark cacao infused with a citrusy balance of organic bergamot and green tea.
