Outstanding New Product
From the Alta Langa Piedmontese area, this outstanding “tre latti” cheese blends cow, goat and sheep’s milks and uses a vegetable charcoal covering. It is crafted using ancient recipes and artisanal methods. The result is a beautiful pale yellow color, a firm but creamy rind, a subtle, soft center and a nicely balanced tangy flavor.
Suggested retail price: $16.40-$17.50/pound (5.5 ounce catchweight).
